The fourth Bonnie Doon Music and Busker Festival is planned to run over three days. The Festival is a community run event with assistance and input from all sections of the local community. The Recreation Reserve Committee, the Community Centre Committee, local CFA and the Football Netball club will all be participating in some way to put Bonnie Doon on the Festival map. With the help of local businesses, the Mansfield Shire, Mansfield Community Bank and other supporters we hope:

- To provide a wide range of musical, dance and artistic performance
- To encourage local performers and musicians and give them an opportunity to display their talents
- To give the local and regional communities an opportunity to be entertained by quality Australian talent
- To return any financial profits to the local community
- To give the Bonnie Doon community an event that they will be proud of and encourage visitors to come and see our great region

The format for 2018 will be two ticketed days being Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th with day tickets available. There will be an entry fee at the door for the Bush dance on Friday 16th. One main marquee/stage to present the programmed artists on Saturday and Sunday with the Hall also being used for linedancing, ukelele workshop and artist performances. We will also make two more stage/venues available onsite for open mic, jamming and busking. One of these will be the Hall. There will be a Poets/Yarn breakfast on Sunday morning—gold coin donation to the local CFA appreciated.
