After a 5 year hiatus Brown Roots Collective has been revived. A collaborative outfit of musicians, singers, and storytellers of Oceanic descent.
Brown Roots Collective is powerhouse lineup of international, national and local talent including Harpist Natalia Mann, Mark Vanilau, Grace Vanilau, Nala Taukilo, Josephine Inia and Micka Taukilo. The Collective honours the music and stories of their ancestors past and present in a profound presentation of original compositions, poetry in motion, ancient chants and soaring vocals.
