This coming school holidays, in this action-packed few hours, a professional chef will expose your teen to the wonderful world of cooking and show how easy it is to prepare delicious food whilst learning a wide variety of fundamental skills at the same time. By the end of the course, your child will be ready to cook a summery BBQ feast consisting of entree, main and dessert.

The Menu:

Pomegranate Hummus and Grilled Flatbread
Tandoori Chicken Skewers with Cucumber Raita
Sizzling Garlic Prawns
Refreshing Watermelon Salad
Panzanella Salad
Balmain Mess, layers of meringue, summer fruits and vanilla cream

Key skills your teen will learn today include: fundamental knife skills, preparation of a bread dough, making a dry and wet marinade from scratch, key presentation skills, temperature control when cooking different proteins, the art of whipping up meringue perfectly!
