Roscoe is a-once-upon-a-time waiter, bartender & barista now turned property development & start-up professional. After 10 years in the property and construction industry, he co-founded and became CEO of a property technology start-up called CoDev, which is tasked with solving the Australian housing affordability crisis with the support of industry leaders. Roscoe also is also a co-founder & director of Worksmith, Australia's first co-working space dedicated to hospitality professionals. Having been mentored by some of Australia’s most innovative & successful CEO’s, Roscoe is incredibly passionate about utilising the power of collaboration to inspire people to pursue innovative concepts whilst having the support of their peers.
