Overcoming Anxiety - 5, 12 and 19 June
Learn how to identify and remove the causes of anxiety and worry. Discover simple meditations that will help you keep a calm and flexible mind throughout your day.

Choose happiness by learning five powerful states of mind that naturally give rise to inner strength and quality of life. By learning how to meditate we will discover many benefits. Our mind will become clear and less distracted, our memory will improve and we will develop the power to overcome negative thoughts and feelings.

In these classes, discover simple ways of thinking and meditation techniques that enable us to maintain a peaceful, positive mind at work and at home, which will improve both our personal and working relationships as well as our enjoyment of life.

In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.
