Long before Marvel and DC, the faeries have been the guardians of nature. With mud between their toes and a sparkle of mischief in their eyes, there won't be a damsel in distress in sight. Follow the music to the Eco Faeries un-faerie-gettable show, the Original Superheroes! Suitable for families with children aged 2-8 years. High energy, interactive musical theatre performance. Eco Faeries are coming to Adelaide Fringe for the first time in 2018. After three seasons of sell-out performances at Perth Fringe. There will be silly faerie antics, bum wriggling music, two faeries and a smelly pixie!

From wild nature and the depths of a community compost pile comes Perth’s fabulously famous family entertainment team, the Eco Faeries. Sponsored by Keep Australia Beautiful and the WA Waste Authority, these faeries know a thing or two about sprouting green ideas and providing eco-educational entertainment. Featuring high energy shows and interactive workshops, event entertainment and educational school incursions. The professional team of Eco Faeries are leading the way to inspiring a green generation.

“We aim to meet family audiences who have an expectation to see demure fairies that twinkle fairy dust from their toes as they walk.Instead we bring 'real' life faeries who love to get earthy slinging compost, making mud pies and dancing like everyone’s watching, cos faeries are exhibitionist after all.”
