Gather family and friends and celebrate the festive season with a gourmet buffet lunch or dinner.

Choose from a beautiful selection of dishes created by Head Chef Francesco Mannelli and his team, from traditional favourites to festive creations such as roasted Christmas turkey and plum pudding, along with fresh Sydney Rock oysters, wood-roasted snapper, Tuscan-style porchetta and more. Also included are house wine, beer and soft drinks.

Leave room for the spectacular dessert selection by Four Seasons Hotel Sydney’s Head Pastry Chef, Davis Summoogum, renowned for his creative sweet displays. Expect an array of delights ranging in texture and flavour, from local mini pavlova with passion fruit curd crème fraiche to a decadent chocolate & chestnut yule log.
