The National Health Sector Women's Leadership Summit 2018 draws together the sector's most respected practitioners and thought leaders while equipping managers with the skills, confidence and connections to consolidate and plan for future success. This event provides a unique opportunity to learn from an unparalleled group of female leaders from on the ground front-line managers to inspirational executive decision makers.

The summit features a practical development session on enablers for resilience. In service led sectors such as health care, our ability to overcome challenges while remaining engaged and effective has very real implications for patient care. This impactful session explores resilience in the context of delegates' everyday environments.

Additionally, there will be an interactive and informative panel session on leading through change at both a personal and a strategic level.
