Aloha! Sydney surfwoppers Hot Work are throwing a party to celebrate the release of their debut EP 'Clean Living'. Paddle on out to LazyBones and drop in on some groovy surf rock. We bet you'll be throwing shakkas at those competitive food and drink prices.

Restaurant open 5pm ‘til late.

Hot Work:
Skull rattlin’ rock’n’roll, 60s surf and frazzled doo-wop in a dense intermingling of eras and contexts. Hot Work bring the desert to the coast, pairing the twang surf rock guitars with a mezcal-chugging howl. Let Hot Work transport you to a new reality where Quentin Tarantino was asked to direct the musical Grease and cast the love child of Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley to play the role of Danny.

Hedy Lamarr
Taking inspiration from their Hollywood siren/inventor namesake, Hedy Lamarr are equal parts sweetness and sass. Expect cheeky nineties party punk blended with girl group harmonies. B52s meet Letters To Cleo in this brand new Sydney band.

The High Ceilings
The High Ceilings are a three-piece from Sydney that have played live for 3–4 years but are currently finishing their debut record (due out February), the beds of which were recorded in a community hall on the South Coast of NSW called Murrah Hall. The recordings have gone down many poorly lit laneways since then but are now dancing in the neons awaiting to be forever fused together in an album format.
