The Institute of Managers and Leaders has supported the global International Women’s Day (IWD) initiative since 1998 and in 2018 are delighted to announce our IWD Great Debate bigger and better than before!

Designed to celebrate the importance of gender diversity in the workplace and throughout society, this year our esteemed debaters will debate the topic ‘The Future is Female’. Equality. Diversity. Progress.

Each event is a, long-lunch style debate starting at midday and finishing at 2:30pm. The debates themselves see six hand-picked, interesting and opinionated Australian leaders debating each other with our equally interesting and witty MC’s including Jane Caro (Melbourne), Gretel Killeen (Sydney) and Corinne Grant (Brisbane) on hand to keep things clean, fun and on-topic on the day.

Our Esteemed Debaters:
- Sadhana Smiles FIML, CEO, Harcourts Group Victoria
- Georgie Harman FIML, CEO, beyondblue
- Daryl Browning, CEO, ISPT
- Tracey McPherson, Head of HR and Organisational Development - Australia & New Zealand, BASF
- David Pich FIML, Chief Executive, Institute of Managers and Leaders

*Early bird tickets are available until Wednesday 31st January 2018.
