Centennial Parklands and its education team offer unique excursion and outdoor learning programs. We provide a learning experience as far removed from the everyday classroom experience as possible. Hands-on activities such as field research in our swamps and ponds, mapping exercise in the park, or our cultural heritage tours have a positive impact on the learners for years to come.

Our experienced team of educators will deliver curriculum-based classes that combine the subject with the environment and use play-based teaching techniques in the actual habitat. Our offers range from pre-school to year 12 and include support material such as session outline, worksheets (where appropriate) and teaching resources.

Sounds like something you are interested in? We have regular info evenings scheduled throughout the year—why not join us for an introduction into our programs.
