Want to get the first taste of our competition salami ahead of the crowd on Sunday?

On the night before the big competition day join us for an exclusive Opening Night Party. Guests will receive a complimentary Spritz or Glass of Wine on arrival, alongside a selection of canapés created by Chef Dom Marzano from Spritz and Giggles.

You will also have access to our Grand Salumi Garage and the ability to move between Festa spaces. Bands and DJs will play throughout the night and our Grand Salumi Garage will be open for tastings with artisan salami stalls, savoury treats and gourmet sweets.

Canapés Menu
Mortadella Cannolo- whipped ricotta in a charcoal and lard shell.
Prosciutto Croquettes- made w Fabbris Prosciutto, salsa verde.
Kranski Slider- made with Fabbris Kranski, sour kraut, pickles, spiced mayo
Spicy pork buns- Hot Nduja salami with stretchy Mozzarella in pizza dough.
Arancini- hand made Arancini with salami and olives.
Sangunaccio Tart- traditional sweet blood pudding in lard pie crust.
