A Contemplative Dance Movement exploration moving with your fluid body. Our bodies are made of 70% water, and through this movement practice we encourage gentle opening into our body, finding new patterns, unlocking tension and creating ease within our movement. Cultivating embodied movement & resting for joy & wellbeing.

Explore Restorative Resting & Relaxation practices - Dance and Meditation - Movement Medicine for your whole being. Connect and move with your innate body wisdom, find joy, vitality and a feeling of wellbeing.

Sooth flowing music to support resting states and a combination of stirring, flowing, uplifting & rhythmic eclectic world music with guidance to inspire your creative dance movement.

An invitation to arrive as you are, and join others doing the same right alongside you in a safe, held space to explore, find ease and increase your well-being in movement, dance and in resting.

Who is this for:
This class is suitable for all bodies from 18 - 80-year-olds, it is a practice of accessing your deeper inner states, moving & resting in an embodied way that will support your whole body. With no dance steps to follow, there is no wrong or right way to move in this class, your movement is unique and perfect just like you.

About Stephanie:
Stephanie holds a Certificate in Dance Movement therapy and has 13 years experience as a Massage Therapist. She has been studying Continuum Movement the work of Emilie Conrad the past 6 years and continues the life-changing path of becoming a Continuum Movement Teacher. She loves creating space for others to find connection to their body, mind, and heart's calling - following her passions for movement, dance, nature & creativity.

Bring a yoga mat, pillow & blanket where you'll be able to create your own comfortable nest for the resting part of the practice.

Wear comfortable soft clothing you can move in, layers are great & bring your water bottle.

Tickets $20 prepaid or $25 at the door/$20 Concession.
