The National Public Sector Managers & Leaders Conference 2018 provides a collaborative forum to share ideas and insights around effective leadership. This year's theme is 'E-leadership, the ever-changing face of leadership.' The rapid of evolution of digital transformation combined with constant emphasis on organisational innovation has put unprecedented pressure on public sector leaders. Consequently, the conference will focus on how participants can keep up with the pace of technological change and create a sustainable culture of high-performance, forward-thinking vision, and values-based decision-making.

Thanks to an optimised blend of keynote presentations, panel discussions and interactive think tanks, attendees will benefit from a range of firsthand perspectives from some of Australia's most influential public servants and leadership experts.

On day one, the 'E-leadership think tank' will take a look at what approaches public sector leaders and managers can take to benefit from the transformative changes underway within the public sector. Day two will see the 'Cyber resilience think thank' explore both the threats and opportunities of emerging technologies while equipping attendees with strategies to become adaptive and resilient leaders.
