Our Nature Connection walk is the antidote to high-stress, fast-paced modern lives. Studies have shown that being outside in nature has a many of health outcomes, for your mind, body and soul. Informed by the Japanese practice of "shinrin yoku" or “forest bathing”, this type of mindful walking is calming and soothing to the nervous system and can help boost your immune system.
Over the 4 weeks of this program we’ll explore different pathways that help us reconnect to nature and ourselves. So break and get back to the great outdoors. Sessions involve:
- Guided meditation
- Sensory awareness walks
- Bush tea ceremonies
- Nature exploration activities
