Daylesford Cider are thrilled to be hosting Nigel Wearne over the long weekend at the end of January. Kick back and relax with some homemade fare & award-winning cider in the courtyard & gardens. Gates open 11:30–5pm, kitchen open 12–3. Lawn games available all afternoon.

Equipped with personally handcrafted guitars, Nigel Wearne melds finger-style guitar, clawhammer banjo, folk and honest storytelling. Gleaning diverse influence from Kelly Joe Phelps, Townes Van Zandt and Sun Kil Moon, he tells stories of forgotten rebels, wandering poets and his love of eggs. Wearne’s current album Drawing Circles is a solo record that’s raw, compelling and reflective. With songs born of shadows and lucid reveries, the 14-song double album explores the dark corners of creativity and the irregular swells of life.
