On Palm Sunday, add your voice to the national call for justice, safety and freedom for refugees and people seeking asylum. Thousands will gather in Perth to demonstrate a broad and united movement of people and organisations who call for justice and dignity for refugees and for people seeking asylum.

This year’s Palm Sunday Walk for Justice for Refugees will take place at St George’s Cathedral. Stay tuned to the website and Facebook event as speakers and activities are announced over the coming weeks.

We hope to see you on the 25th March as we make a stand for justice, freedom and safety for refugees and people seeking asylum. We will not rest until freedom comes. This year, the event theme of “Out Of Limbo” is highlighting the unfairness of the state of limbo people seeking asylum and refugees are subjected to. We will gather to say:

No to the limbo of Manus and Nauru
No to the limbo of legacy caseloads
No to the limbo of awaiting family reunification.
Yes to freedom. Yes to fair process. Yes to safety.
