Have you ever noticed the ‘playlist’ of thoughts in your mind? If we did, we would probably notice thoughts like ‘Poor me’, ‘I was here before them’, and ‘If I were them…’ are being played as if on repeat! Because of this, our daily life is transformed into an eternal struggle to serve and protect oneself. By allowing these thoughts to be the soundtrack of our life, we forgo our opportunity to actually be happy.
In this talk, Resident Teacher, Kadam Mick Marcon will expose the self-centered mind for what it is, and offer a far more positive approach to life. This is a popular evening at our centre and spaces are limited. Booking essential. Everybody welcome!
