Join us for the screening of this important independent documentary film that tells the story of how one community in Northern NSW took on the unconventional gas industry and won. This film has special relevance to WA at the moment with the State Government poised to decide on whether fracking will be allowed to happen in WA. The screening will include a Q&A with the film's director Brendan Shoebridge who is travelling from NSW for the event.

The Bentley Effect has picked up awards around the world. It is an engaging and compelling story of hope and justice and the right of people to choose to protect their land, water and health from the fracking industry. Which side would choose if fracking threatened your livelihood, water and clean air?
Come along and meet the director, watch the film and hear the latest in the campaign to protect WA from becoming a fracking sacrifice zone.
