Head Chef, Nicolas Arriola has designed a four course sharing menu for you and your loved one to indulge in, featuring some of South Australia’s finest seafood, meat cooked on our famous asador and a dessert that you won’t forget.

Cold Picadas:
Fresh Oysters served with lime and mild chilli ganita topping
Steamed black mussels served with white wine reduction and fried green tomato
Lamb loin carpaccio served with pickled tomatoes and zucchinis
Home-made foie gras Pâté served with figs in syrup and French bread

Hot Picadas:
Grilled prawns served with garlic and lime sauce
Grilled sheep cheese with canded almonds and rocket
Traditional corn and parmesan empanada
Grilled squid with mild chilli and verde sauce

Mains:
Cured and slow-cooked ocean trout with corn and avocado salsa
42 days aged grass-fed striploin served with grilled flat potatoes and jus
Grilled lamb T-bone served with charred asparagus and tomatoes
8-hour wood fire pork belly with confit green apple
