During this mini retreat we will embark on a journey that includes Sound, Ayurveda, Mandala Meditation, Aromatherapy and connecting with the earth.

This is a retreat designed for each of you to connect with your inner goddess, it is a private and personal journey and we should refrain from chit chat and unnecessary communication during the retreat to get the most from it. Our retreat will begin with a Chakra Balance using the 7 Chakra crystal singing bowls.

What is a chakra? A chakra (pronounced “cha”-“kra” with a resounding “ch”) is a center of energy. Originating from Sanskrit, it literally means “wheel” by association with its function as a vortex of spinning energy interacting with various physiological and neurological systems in the body.

Next we will each colour our own Mandala. A mandala is a spiritual and ritual symbol in Hinduism and Buddhism, representing the universe. In common use, "mandala" has become a generic term for any diagram, chart or geometric pattern that represents the cosmos metaphysically or symbolically; a microcosm of the universe.

7 benefits of coloring for adults: Your brain experiences relief by entering a meditative state. Stress and anxiety levels have the potential to be lowered. Negative thoughts are expelled as you take in positivity.

Following this we will share an Ayurvedic meal together. Ayurveda is a Sanskrit term, made up of the words "ayus" and "veda." "Ayus" means life, and "Veda" means knowledge or science. The term "ayurveda" thus means "the knowledge of life" or "the science of life." According to the ancient Ayurvedic scholar Charaka, "ayu" comprises the mind, body, senses and the soul.

To understand Ayurveda a little more we will each find out which Dosha we are and information will be provided on how to take care of ourselves using this knowledge. The central concept of Ayurvedic medicine is the theory that health exists when there is a balance between three fundamental bodily bio-elements or doshas called Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Vāta or Vata (airy element).

Finally we connect with nature with a walk around the beautiful garden and take in the scents of rosemary, lavender and connect with the earth. We end the retreat with a Gong bath taking us to a place of deep relaxation. As a special gift you will each take home a Vivacious Goddess aromatherapy rollerball created by myself to help you be the empowered and confident goddess you were born to be.

This will be a small, intimate retreat and numbers are limited to 6. Please book your space online using the ticketing link.

I look forward to seeing you. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me 0401 302 991.
