Zumba® Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.

Get your Zumba® fix with Mal Zaki, a 40-year old mother of 4 kids, who has been teaching Zumba for nearly 7 years now, known for her passion and energey. She makes it easy to follow, fun & make you shake it with a smile.

By attending Zumba classes, you not only learn steps of International rhythms like Merengue, Cumbia, Salsa, Reggaeton, Belly dance, Hip Hop, Flamenco, Bollywood, Samba, Soca, Afro etc., you will find that you get lost in the moves and upbeat songs and don't realize time is up and that you have been actually working out every muscle in your body. What's even better is that it is for anyone and everyone! No Dance experience is required at all.

Most of my members say "I am very uncoordinated" or "I have two left foot" etc., and they come for a trial and see them smiling and instantly fall in love with this fitness! It's just a matter of trying one class really. Every Instructor has their own style hence the experience you get will be different even if you have tried Zumba before. Every class feels like a party! Just move your body and don't worry about how you move. There is no wrong move, every move counts and add your own style and flavour.

My goal is to pass my energy and happiness to the participants through Zumba Fitness by making them come out of their shell to groove, shake, sweat and get fit with a big smile.
