5th Annual Hospo Half Court Event

Brought to you by Stone and Wood, Young Henrys and Kraken, Hospo Half-court will return to the Elephant on Monday December 16, for its fifth instalment. We’re shouting out to all venues across Brisbane to get involved—whether you’re in the Valley, West End, South Bank, or out in the ‘burbs - this is your chance to let loose and have some fun amidst the craziness that is the Christmas season! Get your teams together for three-on-three half-court basketball in the Elephant beer garden, for the chance to win $1,000 cash! With plenty of tasty treats provided by Stone and Wood, Young Henrys and Kraken, Hospo fam, this one’s for you!

Day kicks off from noon—first teams take the court from 3pm with the brackets to be announced Friday 13th December!

To keep things fresh, this year we’ve introduced a few new items to the cards, including a Half-Time Trick Shot competition and an all new Half Pong Tournament! Both events are free and open to all, and you can be certain there’s awesome prizes up for grabs! Once again, Hughie from Stone and Wood and Kempy from Young Henrys will be emceeing the event, with DJ’s on the decks through the afternoon.

Entry is $50 per team - Sign-ups are now open so if your team are eager to play a lil' backyard sport and win a lil' ($1000) cash money sign yourselves up...convince the whole crew, and tell your minions and tell your mates to come cheer you on in our all in winner-takes-all tournament.

If you're not one for getting sweaty on the court just come get involved in the Monday sesh! DJs on the decks, we'll have $10 pizzas amongst heaps of other specials, and of course, drinks-a-plenty!
