May is national cystic fibrosis (CF) awareness month and in 2019, Friday 24th May is 65 Roses Day in WA. This is a day to stop and reflect on the fact that 1 in 25 Australian’s carry the recessive CF gene, that’s 1 million Australians, and a baby is born with CF every four days in our country.

CFWA needs your help this May by jumping online at Cystic Fibrosis WA website to see how you can help paint WA red with roses and help them to continue to increase awareness, improve and expand services and fundraise for research into this debilitating, incurable disease.

Sell roses at your school or get your boss to sell a bunch in your workplace. Volunteer to help out or have a beautiful rose posy delivered to someone special on the 24th.
