Come join celebrated musician and mindfulness expert Kate Oliver for a gorgeous afternoon of music, celebration and family mindfulness practices with the launch of her latest album ‘Passing Clouds – Mindfulness Songs for Kids (and their Grown ups)’.
Bring a cushion and relax with the kids listening to the beautiful meditative tunes of ‘Passing Clouds’—an album designed to inspire peace, joy, calmness and loving connection in kids (and their grown ups)!
This beautiful afternoon will include a range of family friendly activities:
- Sing along songs for the little ones
- Mindfulness colouring activities
- Relaxing space (BYO cushion)
- A licensed venue with snacks and drinks available for purchase
Kate will be joined by Melbourne choir Melbourne Indie Voices. The songs on ‘Passing Clouds’ are meditations in themselves, and are aimed at children and adults alike: offering tools to help us manage our busy minds and deal with big, messy emotions, as well as teach us to harness the superpowers of gratitude, self-compassion, kindness and breath.
A wonderful chance to relax and reconnect with family and friends on a Sunday afternoon—please come and join us!

"Passing Clouds has become my daily medicine - in any given moment, I can play Breathing In Breathing Out in my head and remember to breathe and calm. Every track is a gem to help anyone self-soothe. I know families using it every day on the school journey. We sing it throughout our day and it’s great at bedtime too. I cannot recommend it highly enough." - Rebecca Blech
"Kate’s songs are wonderful. They bring a smile to the face and warmth to the soul.. The positive message throughout threads each song together and I defy anyone not to be humming them straight away. I will definitely be using Kate's songs in my work with child mental health." - Charlotte Gilmour, Child and adolescent therapeutic counsellor
"Kate’s ability to beautifully communicate the science and art of mindfulness comes from her own deep experiences and intense passion for this way of seeing and being. It is my hope that all children (and their grown ups) have access to her wisdom in this way." - Olivia Downing, Psychologist and mindfulness teacher
