A Starward Guide to Sippin' Whisky In the Sun

​January in Melbourne is a busy, busy time. The city comes alive with culture and sports as we host internationally renowned professionals in all industries. When we imagine ourselves in summer we picture cold beers by the pool or summer spritz’ at the tennis and we forget our passionate love of whisky. We believe there is a whisky drink for every occasion and climate and we want to prove that to you.

Every Wednesday in January we will be celebrating the many ways you can enjoy whisky while keeping cool in the fierce Melbourne sun. We will draw influence from a selection of classic cocktails with our new-world twist in showing you some simple and some not-so-simple ways to enjoy whisky during the warmer months. So put on your Hawaiian shirts and hydrate well for a night of summer cocktails at Starward distillery.

*All Whisky Flight Nights start promptly at the advertised time. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start. Feel free to order a drink and prop at the bar to make sure you do not miss out on your booked event. If you happen to be running late, ask at the bar where you need to go to join the group.
