Join me for three blissful, soul nurturing yoga workshops—Balance, Breathe and Believe. These workshops will run for three consecutive Monday evenings. You may attend one, two or all three workshops. Tickets are limited so get in quick.

Balance - Monday 4th February
Breathe - Monday 11th February
Believe - Monday 18th February

Balance Workshop - Life is a balance between effort and surrender
In this workshop we will use different asana (poses) for each of our chakras to bring in prana (lifeforce) and help balance our energy. This workshop will focus on restorative poses and yogic philosophy of the chakras.

Breathe Workshop - Breath is the mother of the mind
In this workshop we will use pranayama (breathwork) to calm and still the mind and body and nurture our soul. This workshop will focus on breathwork and flowing floor poses.

Believe Workshop - What you believe, you receive
In this workshop we will use asana (poses) and pranayama (breathwork) as a flow to connect our mind, body and soul and blissfully explore the joy of the unity. This workshop will focus on restorative poses, breathwork and meditation.

Suitable for all levels of yoga experience and all bodies. Mats and props provided. Small classes.

What to bring:

Bring yourself
Wear something comfortable and easy to move in
You are welcome to bring your own mat if you have one but mats are provided
Bring a bottle of water and a towel

If you have any existing health conditions or injuries, please consult with your GP/ physiotherapist and get medical approval before partaking this course. Lastly bring an open mind, an open heart & a smile.
