The Buddha was born about 563 BC and lived for 80 years teaching for about 50 years of these. His teachings were extensive covering the nature of our experience and how to mentally evolve fully to be able to benefit both ourselves and all other beings.

"Do not commit any unwholesome actions. Engage in perfect wholesome actions. Subdue your mind thoroughly." - Buddha

In this short course we will cover some key aspects of his teaching which will assist in evolving your mind. In particular we will explore countering our negative emotions and developing genuine love and compassion.

About Us
We are a joint initiative between Jamie Denham’s West End Yoga Centre and Alan Carter of Benefitting Beings through Wisdom an associate of FPMT (The Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition).
