Bee-Muse Degustation Dinner

Bee-Muse is Clovely Estate's inaugural ‘Source of Inspiration’ dinner. It’s an unmissable opportunity to live local, taste local and learn more about what makes Queensland food and wine exceptional.

The 5-course degustation dinner not only gives you the chance to experience a sensational local menu with matched wines, but you’ll get to hear the beekeepers tell their story. Our special guest producers are Apiaries 8, a family owned, Queensland business combining three generations of apiarists, passionate about the art of beekeeping.

Over the course of the evening, experience Clovely Estate's award-winning wines matched with Queensland's best produce. Savour the sublime flavours of Apiaries 8 pure, cold-pressed honey.

Each wine and honey flavour is perfectly paired with creatively crafted dishes featuring bacon and goats cheese, swordfish, peppered lamb rump, apple crumble and local cheeses...
