Beekeeping – An Introduction – To Flow Or Not to Flow

This course will give participants a beginner's overview of the beekeeping skills needed to start your own hive experience. Hive equipment, Flow Hive, tools, suits and maintenance will be discussed as well as the time needed to maintain the Workers, Queen and Drones, their seasonal role and planting a bee-friendly garden. Guidelines and useful websites will be highlighted with regards to licences, clubs and Bee Buddy Mentoring before the hive is purchased.
