- Introduction To Breathwork where you find out the difference between correct and dysfunctional breathing.
- Active Diaphragmatic Breathing exercises where you learn how to activate parasympathetic nervous system to feel calmness and experience of being in control of your body and mind.
- Playful Laughter Yoga exercises which involve rhythmic clapping and laughter that give you high dose of energy, positive mindset and sustainable feeling of joy.
