Breathe for Better Health is an intensive workshop which features:

- Discussion about Anatomy and Biomechanics of Breathing and Movement presented by our experienced guest speaker, Dr Anthony Gould Osteopath & Exercise Physiologist Ass. Dip Hlth Sc. (Massage Therapy), B.A Human Mvt,B. App. Sc. (Osteo), M. Osteo, M.A.O.A who has lectured in Anatomy and Health Science for over 10 years, he is a Movement Specialist and Osteopath working in the Health Science Industry for over 15 years is going to explain Science of Breathing and the steps involved to improve one’s health and well-being.

- Active Diaphragmatic Breathing exercises where you learn how to activate parasympathetic nervous system to feel calmness and experience of being in control of your body and mind.

- Playful Laughter Yoga exercises which involve rhythmic clapping and simulated laughter that give you high dose of energy, positive mindset and sustainable feeling of joy.
