Brisbane Broncos #BroncosHack

The Brisbane Broncos will be laying down the gauntlet for the innovators, tinkers, thinkers, in our community to tackle the challenge and be showcased in their own right within the very first #BroncosHack event.

The #BroncosHack has been created to connect businesses, entrepreneurs, those IT VR AI UX field savvy thinkers and tinkers, Tafe and Uni students, marketing, communications, creative and software designers and football lovers with a unique opportunity to design and create fan engagement based projects to address the challenges laid by the Brisbane Broncos. The Broncos and Ipswich, West Moreton ARIP program have partnered to host this one of a kind event to engross you into the world of football to solve the challenges bestowed on you.

With new technologies developing rapidly and become more and more important—on and off the field the concept around #BroncosHack is to utilise technology, marketing, communications and more to expand the fan experience. Innovation changes the behaviour and demands of the fans and can also make the difference in the area of sports and Brisbane Broncos want to continually look what they can provide their members, supports and their families.

As innovation shapes the behaviour and demands of sports fans and the Brisbane Broncos want to proactively look at how they can support and improve challenges such as Fan engagement and Holistic Customer Journey.

We encourage participants to create the most effective way to solve the challenge. This could be a new piece of technology, a software solution, a better process, or some combination. There are virtually no rules as to the nature of the solution you submit.

You can further develop existing ideas, however you should be able to demonstrate what you have work completed during the event. All participants must be willing to demonstrate the solution to the judges at the conclusion of the event.

We'll provide everything you need, including great workspaces, Wi-Fi, VR device, meals and beverages to keep you fuelled! Teams will receive mentoring from industry, business and tech experts to develop their ideas, business models and pitches.

Registration is open to groups or individuals with great ideas, passion and motivation to make it happen.
