Brisbane City Council's Green Heart Fair

Brisbane's biggest sustainable living festival is turning ten!

Celebrate ten years of helping to create a clean and green Brisbane with free sustainability workshops and displays, artisan markets, kids' entertainment, Brisbane Billycart Championships and 3,000 free native plants to giveaway to Brisbane residents.

Learn how to live a more eco-friendly life with all day talks from sustainability experts, and help lower your impact on the environment with hands-on activities and demonstrations. Celebrity chefs Dominique Rizzo and Georgia Barnes will be joined by Sam and Rachel Thaiday, showing you how to Love Food Hate Waste with delicious cooking demonstrations.

Brisbane's best food trucks are attending, with plenty of options for vegans and gluten free foodies. We also have activities for little ones with performances by PJ Masks and nature play so your whole family can enjoy a fun day out.

The event will be held at Carindale Recreation Reserve on Sunday 8 September from 8am to 2pm. Help create a clean and green Brisbane and travel by bus, bike or walk to the fair.
