Overthrowing the Archetype
Ever wanted to play with narrative, or how to create a good "Neo" through-line but not known where to start? Join oin Australia's Queen of Burlesque and World Queen of Burlesque 2012 Imogen Kelly as she provides a fascinating insight into her long history of performing neo-burlesque.

Overthrowing the archetype looks at female archetypes in classic storytelling and mythology and give you tools for deconstructing ideals, turning tales on their heads and packing your routines with twists, turns and surprises. Aimed at Intermediate-Advanced burlesquers and emerging soloists, but all levels welcome!

What to bring:
This is a theory class so please bring a notebook and pen.

Sensual Classic Burlesque
Ever want to let out your true goddess? Join Australia's Queen of Burlesque and World Queen of Burlesque 2012 Imogen Kelly in a class all about smouldering sensuality and confidence. You will learn a short traditional burlesque striptease that you can perform on a big stage or better still, in the bedroom! Learn to give good face and let go in a safe, fun environment.

Open to all levels!

What to bring:
- stockings and suspender belt (both available to purchase on the day if desired)
- A satin shift dress or sexy 'nightie'
- Small rug or blanket
- Wear dance gear or clothes that you can move in.
