Presenters at event:

1. Robert McMaster: Former General Manager representing the family business who persevered with several succession models until the employees obtained the business. Rob now works one day a week in the business.

2. Steve Grlyak: General Manager for C-Mac Industries. Toolmaker and former manufacturing manager who led the staff through the transition to employee ownership.

3. Dr Anthony Jensen: Newcastle University, a world authority on employee ownership and co-operatives who is respected for his knowledge on the process of establishing and maintaining viable employee owned businesses.

4. Frank Webb CPA: accountant and business coach who was mediator and coach for the C-Mac innovative succession model of employee ownership creating a win/win for employees and owner.
