Canberra Gang Show Presents: "Whatever Floats Your Boat"

The sun rises over the sapphire blue waters and lights up the deck of the luxury cruise ship ‘La Costa Fortuna’ as it prepares for yet another fun-filled day for its passengers and crew. As holiday makers are taking full advantage of the amenities on offer, below decks the crew count themselves fortunate to be serving on board such a fine vessel. Now if only the food could be persuaded not to leave, the activities will only run correctly and the captain can be located, the whole event would go a lot smoother! At least the ship isn’t likely to sink…is it?

Canberra Gang Show is an annual theatre production and is part of the Scouts ACT and Girl Guides ACT program. It provides an opportunity for learning, developing and sharing theatrical skills, both on stage and behind the scenes. Canberra Gang Show has three goals for every member of Gang: to have fun, for each person to learn, and to put on a good show. A typical show will include a big opening number, some comedy sketches, several musical items with a mix of group and solo work, dance numbers and of course plenty to laugh and clap about.
