Candyland Christmas

Eagerly awaited Santa’s arrival Saturday 30 November making a dramatic entrance on his sleigh, along with Ugly Dolls and a parade of Christmas themed characters. Entertainment will include Nutcracker Band, Christmas Fairy, Tin Soldiers, Christmas Reindeer and face painters. We will also have a large inflatable pool table on the Piazza from 10am to 4pm and kids will be able to play soccer within the inflatable table.

Santa Photos
Santa will be available for free photos in front of Big W every day from 30 November through until 24 December. All kids visiting Santa will receive a free gift, while stocks last. Times are below:

This year we will again be running Sensitive Santa sessions for children with autism and other sensory sensitivities during quiet times in the centre. These sessions will run on Sunday 24 November, Sunday 1 and Sunday 8 December between 9am and 11am with bookings required via Autism WA.

Pet Photography will run on Sunday 15 December, from 3pm to 5pm within the Piazza. Bookings must be made via the Cockburn Gateway website.

Entertainment
Carol singers will perform in centre on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (excl Friday 6 December) throughout December, including Australia Girls Choir and Acapella West, plus local school choirs.

Garden Games and Putt Putt Golf will be at the Piazza every Sunday in December, from 11am to 3pm.

Kids Candy Workshops and Roving Candy Entertainers will be in centre 7/8/20/21/22 December, plus a Candy Bar will be set up in centre on 14/15 December. When shoppers spend $50 or more in centre they will be able to go to the Candy Bar to select their Candy Pack from a range of candy available.

Local music group ‘The Factory’ will perform at the Piazza stage every Thursday and Saturday in December.

Gift Wrapping
AYLA volunteers will be busy wrapping gifts, from 30 November through until 24 December across from Target, with all proceeds going back to AYLA. The Jandakot Lions Club will also be assisting with the gift wrapping (and selling their famous Christmas cakes) near the Information Desk, from 9 to 24 December.
