Cathrine Summers: Summers Jazz Soiree – A '20s Jazz Lounge

Come along for an evening of style and sophistication.

Set in the gorgeous Moana Hall, a building resplendent with high-ceilings, arched windows, and ocean-blue velvet booths, the evening will be all class. Expect a retrospective journey through some of the best jazz of eras past, presented to you by a five piece jazz band with the charming songstress Cathrine Summers at the helm. Her broad vocal range combined with cheeky anecdotes and historical narrative make for an evening both engaging and entertaining.

The band will be paying homage to such musicians as Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Bessie Smith, and Louis Armstrong with songs innate to those musicians and their era; Sweet Georgia Brown, Georgia On My Mind, Ain't Misbehavin', and more.

The Jazz Lounge opens at 7pm, show at 8pm.
