You will taste, touch & smell different types of chocolate from all over the world and you will see how Sue tempers all her chocolate by hand with a tempering demonstration along with an education on the behaviour of chocolate. Sue looks forward to giving you some insight into her world of chocolate. Suitable for ages 12+.
