Cook From the Book: Ottolenghi's Simple

Join us for a night of cooking and chatting at our next Cook From the Book Cooking Class as we explore some of our favourite chefs. The class includes a hardback copy of the book Simple by Yotam Ottolenghi which you are welcome to swap out for any other book on the night should you already have your own copy.

Like any good book club, we will talk about the author/chef, their trademark techniques and dive a little deeper into some chapters more so than others. On this night, we will be working with Ottolenghi's famous cook book Simple and Chef Kate will take you through cooking and tasting three of his dishes.
