Break the winter spell by getting active and involved in dance-inspired fitness. Free classes include Zumba, Floor Barre, The Jungle Body & Bolly Active. All happening at King Street Arts Centre.

Dance Fit is supported by Healthway, promoting the Act-Belong-Commit message, and the City of Perth to provide an opportunity to get moving this winter. Run as a project within the Act-Belong-Commit Dance 100 program, this event running in June is offering one free week of dance-inspired fitness classes to anyone who is aged 16+ and interested in starting a new healthy habit. Classes include Zumba, Floor Barre, Bolly Active and The Jungle Body.

The program is starting Monday, 17 June to Friday, 21 June 2019 with class options before and after work hours. This is the perfect opportunity to get active in winter, break that spell and improve your overall happiness and mental health.

Being active, having a sense of belonging, and having a purpose in life all contribute to happiness and good mental health and wellbeing. Ausdance WA would like to thank our supporters Healthway and the City of Perth for making this fantastic program come to life.

Tuesday, 18 June
5:30–6:30pm - Zumba with Danza Loca

7:00–8:00am - The Jungle Body Konga & Tyga with Amplified Fitness

Thursday, 20 June
5:30–6:30pm - HoopFit with Healthy Happy Hoops

Friday, 21 June
7:00–8:00am - The Jungle Body VYPA with Amplified Fitness.
