Nia is a feel good movement practice that invites you to move your body for the sheer joy of it. During your 1 hour community class expect to kick off your shoes, dance and move to a global mix of music while being guided by a qualified Nia instructor. The vibe is fun and welcoming.

The steps are simple—and no-one worries if you get it ‘right’ or not. No Nia or dance experience is necessary to join in and the low impact movement is suitable for All ages, fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. To find out more about Nia, visit Nia Australia website.
