Rising star Emily Leung performs the Dvorak Violin Concerto, one of the big romantic masterpieces. Emily (the only overseas’ recipient of the prestigious Wells scholarship) is on a study break in the US to perform with the Fremantle Chamber Orchestra conducted by Paul Wright, her former teacher. The concert opens with a rarely heard but beautiful Valentini Concerto Grosso followed by Mozart’s charming and witty Serenata Notturna.
