Bring about a calming restfulness and effortless mindfulness in yourself through the practice of Vishrant Tai Chi.
The 108-move Dragon’s Breath Sequence taught in this course is designed to ground awareness into the body and into the present moment, away from the problems and stresses of the mind. With continuous movements and breath awareness, you will be guided through this active meditation, which will leave you with improved clarity and stability of mind & body.
Vishrant Tai Chi is a practice which embraces the Yin principle of Taoism, bringing to life the qualities of openness, receptivity and non-resistance in every movement. Gentleness and softness are embraced as part of the mindful dance that Tai Chi is.
In practising Vishrant Tai Chi, the practitioner generates subtle Chi energy and can become aware of its flow through the body. The slow, flowing movements of this sequence help circulate Chi in the body which has the potential to strengthen the body and calm the mind.
Join us for this 10-week course introducing the Dragon’s Breath sequence and experience the benefits of Vishrant Tai Chi:
- Ground awareness into the body
- Develop present-moment awareness and mindfulness
- Find inner peace
- Relieve pressure and stress
- Improve physical and mental balance
- Leave feeling revitalised and rejuvenated
