Explore France's most reputable vineyards and sample their premium wines—without even leaving Sydney! Doesn't that sound like the perfect day out?

On this journey, you’ll receive priority access to each of the bars located throughout Bastille Festival, and will taste up to eight different premium wines. If eight wines sound like a lot, we also have a tour that lets you taste up to four different premium wines. Remember though, this is a wine tasting, so the glasses are half-filled because you know…responsible service of alcohol and all that.

When ready to start this self-guided tour, wine lovers will just have to go to the Bastille Festival Information Tent (in front of Customs House, or in First Fleet Park), where they’ll be able to collect the following:
- French Passport (that gets stamped at each of the bars)
- Priority access queue jump pass
- Reusable, Bastille-branded eco wine glass (yours to keep)
- A map that shows you where the eight different wine regions are located throughout Bastille Festival

Each bar you’ll visit on our French Wine Tasting Tour has its own dedicated person who can talk you through the wines you’re interested in tasting, making it a journey you won’t soon forget. The NSW liquor laws prohibit the sale and supply of alcohol to intoxicated persons, and Bastille Festival supports the responsible service of alcohol.

Travel to France most reputed wine regions: Loire Valley, Provence, Burgundy, Bordeaux, the Rhone Valley, Languedoc, Alsace, and Beaujolais and discover what makes this heritage so dear to the Frenchies.

Rendez-vous en Juillet! Tickets for the Wine Tasting Tour are now on sale. And if you feel like you can't handle 8 glasses, we also offer a 4 glasses option.
