Exposing Edith is a multi award winning cabaret tale about the greatest French singer of all time, Edith Piaf. Created and performed by Helpmann Award nominees Michaela Burger (vocals) and Greg Wain (guitar) it showcases Piaf favourites La Vie En Rose and Non, Je Ne Regrette Rein, alongside lesser known gems.
Having explored the undertones of Piaf's vocals and lyrics, Burger and Wain have created their own unique interpretations of Piaf’s work in a stunning mix of masterful storytelling and authentic vintage French chanson, using voice and acoustic guitar and the subtle use of loop, delay and effect pedals.
