Get your build on! The kids will have a blast in this holiday workshop where they put their imagination to the test constructing all sorts of contraptions. Engineers take scientific concepts and use them to make things bigger and better. We’ll be exploring the world of engineering through a series of activities designed to make you creatively think around design challenges.
The course is run by Fizzics Education and is presented by a science educator.
Age:
Grades K-6 (in 2018)
Special notes:
To make up a full day program, simply book the corresponding morning or afternoon activity on the same day. Centennial Parklands Rangers will provide a supervised lunch break (BYO lunch) from 12:00noon–1:00pm and will transition your child to the afternoon activity. Why not make it a full day of science fun by pairing with the afternoon Gross and Gory Workshop. Children to wear old clothes and bring a hat, sunscreen, water bottle and a snack (no peanut traces).
