Launched this week, Hilton Brisbane’s, Vintaged Bar + Grill has your dining plans all wrapped up with their Festive Flavours, offering a menu featuring some of the finest fresh, seasonal produce.

Designed by Executive Chef, Matthew Wood, the festive lunch deal will only set you back $39 and includes a glass of wine with your choice of an entrée and main. The set menu includes a delicious Portabella mushroom and onion tart tatin or dill cured Tasmanian salmon gravlax to start. For mains, choose from a mouth-watering roast turkey or grilled prawn linguini, roast pork belly or grilled Angus beef rump steak.

For the big day, you can take the stress out of cooking and indulge in Vintaged Bar + Grill’s modern Australian Christmas Day menu. Whether you’re visiting friends and family or just want to relax, choose between breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy service that sparkles.
