Gainsborough Greens Food Truck Festival

Things are heating up this February at Mirvac’s Gainsborough Greens community in Pimpama, with the free annual Food Truck Festival set to deliver tasty cuisines from around the globe and a line-up of family-friendly films for Gold Coast residents to enjoy.

The festivities will kick off from Saturday, February 2 and continue every Saturday throughout the month, treating locals to a series of movies and delicious food. The complimentary film under the stars will screen from 6.30pm, making it the perfect way to spend a budget-friendly family evening.

Saturday, February 2, 5:30pm: Forest Green Park, Melville Drive, Pimpama

For an authentic Vietnamese street food experience, Rolls Pho Mi will be serving up a delicious array of Vietnamese goods including bahn-mi, pho and melt-in-your-mouth rice paper rolls! There’s no better way to brave the chilli-kick of a hot pho than by unleashing your inner superhero with a special screening of The Incredibles.

Saturday, February 9, 5:30pm: Green Meadow Park, Swan Road, Pimpama

Mac From Way Back will be showcasing its spin on classic mac and cheese by offering a mouth-watering selection of menu items that will bring out the inner child in everyone! encourage locals to let their hair down for the event for the screening of The Greatest Showman.

Saturday, February 16, 5:30pm: Aquila Park, Swan Road, Pimpama

For a royal experience, London Spuds will be bringing the humble potato to new heights with its scrumptious take on the veggie including baked spuds with ground beef and chilli, spuds with baked beans and melted cheese, and the classic baked spud with sour cream, bacon and chives. The British theme continues, with the hilarious and heartwarming tale of the country's most famous bear, so stick around for a screening of Paddington 2 to enjoy some family-friendly fun!

Saturday, March 2, 5:30pm: Gainsborough Parklands, Great Sandy Circuit, Pimpama

If you’re a pooch lover, then put together a round-of-a-paws for The Wiener Wagon, which is the experts when it comes to gourmet snags. Chow down and stick around for a screening of The Secret Life of Pets!
